The New Testament Church, born out of a vision to lead people to Christ, was officially established by Rev. John Ravi in 1999. Ordained as a pastor in 1997, he, along with his wife Mrs. Alice Kumari and their two children, embarked on a journey that would impact lives for generations. Starting with humble gatherings in homes, the church quickly outgrew its spaces, registering under Indian government law in 2006.
Through faith and perseverance, the congregation faced numerous challenges, relocating to believers' houses until the construction of a dedicated hall in 2013-2014. Despite setbacks, including religious obstacles, the church was inaugurated on March 22, 2015, marking the realization of a dream nurtured over twelve years of prayer.
Under Rev. John Ravi's visionary leadership, the New Testament Church flourished from a small gathering to approximately 500 people. His commitment to sharing the transformative power of Christ's sacrifice, coupled with administrative excellence, laid the foundation for the church's success.
